In this role you will make an impact by:

• Promoting the sales of microorganism cultures and enzymes for dairy applications to our customers and partners in the dairy sector preferably in the target region of Germany.
• Taking responsibility for sales and projects with existing customers as well as expanding and developing new customer contacts in the sales area.
• Supporting your customers in product and process optimization using the latest scientific and technological knowledge and methods.
• Actively shaping the development of product concepts and process technologies in close cooperation with our customers and our development and application centers.
• Organizing the planning introduction and management of salespromoting activities such as product training presentations innovation days site and factory tours in close cooperation with your colleagues.
  

To be successful you should bring the following:

• First and foremost you should have a great passion for dairy products/food.
• A solid practical background in dairy farming or a degree in food technology.
• Enjoyment and interest in technological processes and a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge in the dairy sector and market.
• A sociable salesoriented and openminded personality with a strong winning mentality.
• Customer orientation a high level of initiative and a structured resultsoriented approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• A high willingness to travel.
