Overview:We are seeking a Market Agency Leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance agency management with a focus on sales and retention. This position plays a crucial role in leading the local team and driving new business sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday operations of the agency
- Recruit and develop talent within the team
- Drive new business sales and focus on retention
- Quote new and renewal business with a salesoriented approach
- Oversee a team of 510 producers and drive overall production
Qualifications:
- P&C license required
- Proven experience in agency management and leadership
- Strong sales and retention focus
- Ability to recruit and develop talent within the team
- Experience in managing a team of producers
Daytoday:The Market Agency Leader will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the agency driving new business sales and focusing on retention. This includes overseeing a team of producers recruiting new talent and ensuring overall production goals are met.
