About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Producer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying developing and maintaining client relationships while providing tailored employee benefits solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor helping businesses navigate the complexities of health and benefits programs. This role is perfect for a gogetter who thrives on building relationships closing deals and driving revenue while earning uncapped commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities in employee benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners HR professionals and decisionmakers.
- Assess clients needs and present customized employee benefits solutions including health dental vision life and disability insurance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing service for clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends regulations and compliance requirements affecting employee benefits programs.
- Conduct presentations proposals and negotiations to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and pipeline development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in employee benefits sales.
- Active Life & Health insurance license.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits products regulations and market trends.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset.
