Edmund House carries out expert and personalised care for a wide range of needs while supporting independence and dignity as well as an active lifestyle. Tailored care plans are offered to those who are living with dementia and to those who are no longer able to live at home. Carers are trained and experienced in the challenges of looking after individuals with memory loss taking pride in a sensitive and compassionateapproach towards loved ones.

Edmund House provides first class accommodation and facilities in a warm and safe setting. A Call Care System ensures easy access to staff and a passenger lift ideal for those with mobility issues. Accommodation features bright and spacious communal areas and ensuite bedrooms each offering comfortable and tasteful furnishings and dcor. There is also an onsite bar function room caf and internet corner.

Mealtimes can be enjoyed in the pleasant dining room where delicious and healthy food is served tailored to the needs of the individual. Dietary requirements and preferences are discussed on arrival.

Youll help us make health happen by:

• Using your passion for cooking and experience in a fresh food kitchen tocreate a varied and nutritional menu in line with the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
• Using your natural leadership skills to train and mentor the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience
• Being innovative in your approach to cooking and maintaining high standards
• Managing all mandatory paperwork including: adhering to COSHH and HACCP guidelines company policies and procedures budgets managing orders and deliveries
• Catering for special events or seasonal activities such as summer fetes Christmas parties and birthdays (as required)

* You will also be eligible to receive a bonus based on your performance. Chef Managers who achieve 6 KPIs will receive a quarterly incentive of 500 thats 2000 per year (subject to usual tax & NI deductions)

** Your starter bonus will be paid to you in the next available pay run once you have completed four weeks service and will be subject to deductions for tax and NI.
