Are you ready to kickstart your career in marketing with a leading brand Worcester Bosch is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Rewards & Promotions Graduate to support our Customer Loyalty & Campaigns Manager in designing and implementing innovative strategies that enhance customer engagement and boost brand loyalty.
What Youll Do:
- Design & Implement Strategies: Collaborate with our Customer Loyalty & Campaigns Manager to create and manage exciting rewards and promotions including shop campaigns that run on our ecommerce site like Black Friday.
- Innovative Collaboration: Work alongside our marketing sales and product management teams to develop unique promotional offerings that align with our business objectives and captivate our audience.
- DataDriven Insights: Work closely with our marketing data analyst to delve into customer behaviour and campaign performance optimising promotions to maximise return on investment.
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and competitor activities identifying opportunities for unique promotional strategies that set us apart.
- Budget Management: Oversee promotion budgets to ensure costeffectiveness and guaranteeing that funds are readily available for swift customer payouts.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with our customer service teams to address queries and feedback regarding promotions and our loyalty program ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Reporting & Presentation: Create insightful reports on campaign performance and present your findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels showcasing your analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing or customer relationship management (CRM) are a plus.
- Previous experience in a role that involved direct customer interaction or customer service.
- Proactive: Selfmotivated and able to take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement.
- DetailOriented: Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in campaign and reporting.
- Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team success.

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon Thurs 08.00 17.00 and Fri 08.00 16.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break
