Role Overview

Were looking for a resultsoriented and analyticallyminded Performance Marketing & Ads Manager who can take complete ownership of our multichannel paid marketing ecosystem. Youll architect implement optimize and scale highperforming campaigns that generate quality B2B leads and drive conversions for our portfolio of IT services and digital solutions.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing substantial ad budgets across international markets (particularly US and Australia) crafting compelling B2B campaigns and seamlessly aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives to accelerate pipeline growth.

What Youll Drive

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing roadmap across key B2B channels including LinkedIn Ads Google Ads Meta YouTube Twitter Quora and programmatic networks
  • Partner with leadership and sales teams to identify target segments and design campaigns tailored to ICPs and industry verticals
  • Architect test and refine fullfunnel advertising strategies that address awareness consideration and conversion stages


Campaign & Optimization

  • Launch and manage sophisticated multichannel campaigns with laser focus on key metrics: CPL (Cost Per Lead) ROAS CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and pipeline velocity
  • Implement systematic A/B testing of ad creatives landing pages CTAs and audience segments to continuously improve performance
  • Strategically allocate budgets toward highROI campaigns and rapidly scale successful initiatives


Analytics & Insights

  • Monitor analyze and report on campaign performance using advanced analytics platforms including Google Analytics 4 Meta Pixel LinkedIn Insights and custom tracking solutions
  • Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards and performance scorecards that visualize KPIs and growth metrics
  • Transform campaign data into actionable insights that drive conversion rate improvements and inform strategic decisions


Audience Development

  • Create sophisticated audience segments leveraging firstparty CRM data intentbased platforms (ZoomInfo Bombora) and strategic retargeting lists
  • Develop and continuously refine audience personas for geotargeted industryspecific B2B outreach
  • Implement innovative targeting approaches that maximize reach within qualified prospect pools

What You Bring

  • Experience: 8 years in performance marketing with specific focus on B2B technology services or SaaS solutions
  • Campaign Management: Proven success managing substantial ad budgets across LinkedIn Google Meta and programmatic platforms for global audiences
  • B2B Marketing: Deep understanding of complex B2B buyer journeys enterprise sales funnels and lead generation strategies for technology services
  • Technical Proficiency: Handson expertise with:
  • Campaign platforms: Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager Meta Ads Manager
  • Analytics tools: Google Tag Manager Google Analytics 4 HubSpot/Zapier integrations
  • Marketing tech: UTM Builders Hotjar VWO SEMrush Ahrefs Supermetrics
  • Data Analysis: Excellence in campaign data analysis multitouch attribution modeling and ROI tracking methodologies
  • Conversion Optimization: Experience with landing page CRO working knowledge of HTML/CSS and collaborative skills with web/design teams
  • Audience Strategy: Expertise in lookalike audiences custom audience development and audience expansion tactics
  • Compliance Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of international privacy regulations ad account governance and platform policies


What Sets You Apart

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Google Optimize or enterprisegrade programmatic DSPs
