Job Description
Diehl Collision of Washington is expanding! We currently have a position available for a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming customer communications
- Handle and apply payment
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Follow up with customers
- Provide customer with updates
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office365 a plus
