Job Description
We are looking for a creative and skilled UI Developer and Designer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role requires a strong eye for design and proficiency in frontend development ensuring the delivery of intuitive engaging and visually compelling web interfaces. You will work closely with product managers UX designers and developers to bring design concepts to life and elevate user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate user needs into functional and elegant UI solutions.
- Design responsive mobilefirst web interfaces using HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Create and iterate on wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups to visualize design ideas.
- Ensure visual consistency and alignment with Devoteams design standards across all platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and integrate user feedback to refine UI design.
- Optimize web applications for speed performance and scalability.
- Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends tools and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in UI design and frontend development.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar.
- Strong frontend development skills with HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience in building responsive crossbrowser compatible interfaces.
- Familiarity with version control systems particularly Git.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- High attention to detail and a passion for usercentered design.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.js.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
- Knowledge of motion design and animation tools is a plus.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g. SASS/LESS) and frontend build tools.
