Sales Manager (Hotel)
The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing hotels market presence and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury and hospitality sectors with a proven track record of sales success in the region.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Middle Eastern market to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Highly focused on driving sales from government and sports sector.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients corporate clients and travel agents.
- Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer preferences in the Middle East.
- Utilize the data to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management highlighting successes challenges and areas for improvement.
- Oversee and participate in promotional events client meetings and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and attract potential clients.
- Develop and manage the sales budget ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve revenue goals while maintaining cost efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferably in Qatar or Middle East.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Arabic speaker is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to the operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
