Join us as an HR Admin Labour Law and Regulations Manager and lets make magic happen together.
Role Overview
As an HR Admin Labour Law and Regulations Manager youll oversee HR administrative processes labour relations and payroll while ensuring compliance with Italian labour law. Youll also drive automation and innovation in HR operations.
You will report to our Chief HR Officer and work closely with HRBPs and other HR COEs.
Your mission:
HR Administration & compliance. Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle ensuring smooth onboarding offboarding contract updates and compliance with evolving labour regulations.
Payroll & HR Operations. Oversee the outsourced payroll process ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Own and enhance HRIS and other HRrelated IT systems.
Labour law expertise. Provide strategic guidance on Italian Labour Law supporting the CHRO and HR teams with policy development and compliance.
Labour relations & policies. Maintain strong labour relations develop and update HR policies and ensure alignment with company strategy.
HR Systems & automation. Drive innovation by optimizing HR systems automating processes and leveraging data for decisionmaking.
Your ideal profile:
HR admin expertise. You bring 10 years of experience in HR administration with leadership experience in corporate and scaleup environments.
Labour law knowledge. You have a background in Labour Consulting (Consulente del Lavoro); experience in a labour law firm is a plus.
Leadership & communication. Youre able to guide and empower a team while providing clear and strategic HR insights. Fluent in English.
Datadriven mindset. You have strong analytical skills to optimize processes and improve decisionmaking through HR data.
