The REMM Group is seeking a talented and experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee our Los Angeles County portfolio. Must have experience in multifamily management proficient in Yardi software hold a CA Real Estate License and possess outstanding leadership communication and organizational skills. The Regional Property Manager is responsible for the supervision of the overall operations of their portfolio including developing and implementing effective property management strategies and ensuring financial performance The Regional Property Manager plays a crucial role in leading onsite teams and maintaining a strong understanding of the real estate market trends in the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that the portfolio and individual communities meet the established operational financial and business performance goals by collaborating with onsite team members inspecting properties reviewing financial market and operational reports and developing and implementing appropriate action plans to achieve results.
  • Drive the implementation of operational initiatives championing change and ensuring seamless adoption across properties.
  • Preparing and managing annual budgets ensuring that financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on property performance financial metrics and market trends to ownership and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations including Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO) and affordable housing program requirements.
  • Prepare monthly variance reports with thorough explanations that impact the properties.
  • Provide guidance support and mentorship to onsite teams to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Cultivate positive tenant relationships promptly addressing concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Lead leaseup initiatives for new and renovated properties to achieve full occupancy.
  • Proficient in market research and knowledge of respective submarkets. Collaborate with leasing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage and lead onsite teams including interviewing hiring and training team members and managing their performance in accordance with company policies values and business practices.
  • Ensure optimal occupancy rates through targeted leasing efforts.
  • Oversee maintenance programs to uphold property standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensures that the appearance and physical aspects of the properties meet the Companys established standards through routine site and safety inspections and communicates concerns and requests for capital as needed to provide for the physical upkeep of each property in the portfolio.
  • Implement preventative maintenance plans to extend the life of assets.
  • Promote client satisfaction and retention through effective communication timely reporting and ensuring alignment with objectives and goals.
  • Utilize Yardi software to streamline operations track performance metrics and generate insightful reports.


Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Proficient in Yardi property management software Microsoft products and other property management programs to complete and produce required reports and other documents.
  • Demonstrated experience with leaseup conventional RSOregulated and affordable housing properties.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of real estate laws regulations and market trends.
  • Ability to create and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with tenants team members and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Regional Manager in property management.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles real estate market with a focus on property management trends and dynamics.
  • Thirdparty management experience is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or a related field preferred.
  • California Real Estate Salesperson License is required.
