Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the building and grounds of multiple dealerships.
  • Performs preventive maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
  • Plans and executes ongoing appropriate maintenance programs.
  • Ensures that property and equipment are maintained in a safe manner and that all repairs are made as specified by manufacturer.
  • Maintains building exterior and interior.
  • Completes maintenance logs.
  • Maintains tool inventory and condition. Keeps maintenance storage room and maintenance room cleaned and organized.
  • Diagnose and perform repairs as needed to make sure that properties comply with our standards.
  • May perform or assist with periodic or scheduled cleaning projects.
  • Maintains open communication with other coaches and departments.
  • Understands and performs basic safety security and emergency procedures.
  • May be required to perform duties outdoors in heat and /or snow and at various levels of height.
  • Repair concrete masonry roof fencing when required.
  • Specialized knowledge of plumbing carpentry electricity and equipment mechanics.
  • Replace broken glass tile and locks.
  • Carpentry patching and painting.
  • Install electronic door locks IP cameras and other tech equipment.
  • Appliance repair and/or coordination with subcontractors that handle appliance repairs.
  • Interior / exterior lighting.
  • Skilled in building construction.
  • Repairs broken machines quickly and efficiently.
  • Assists other departments when needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Respond to oncall requests from Coaches.
  • Carrying lifting pushing and/or pulling items weighing up to 100300 pounds.
  • A valid drivers license and a clear background record.

  • Excellent communication skills when interacting with team members and guests
  • Excellent problemsolving reasoning motivating organizational and training abilities
  • Team player and attends team activities
  • Tasks motivated strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Clean driving record and background check
  • Applicants may be drug tested
  • 3 years of experience
