Your mission as a Night Auditor:
Night supervisor: You will be responsible for the night shift ensuring safety and impeccable customer relations.
Privileged Contact: You are the point of reference for our customers turning every complaint into a WOW experience.
Financial Maestro: Drawing up the daily financial report and carrying out the daytoday bookkeeping (validating invoices collecting payments closing transactions).
Reporting to management: Communicating daily with management on the progress of your shift.
Versatility: Providing assistance to various departments as required.
Managing arrivals and departures: Handling checkin and checkout with professionalism and warmth.
Personalized welcome: Welcoming guests at reception or on the telephone informing them about the hotels services and inviting them to take advantage of them.
PROFILE
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the same position in the luxury hotel industry.
Outgoing personality: You have excellent interpersonal skills and are adaptable versatile and motivated.
Languages: Perfect command of French and English an additional language is a plus.
Technical skills: Proficiency in Opera software.
Passion for the W: A genuine interest in the worlds of taste sound the body the stage and taking a stand.
Attention to Detail: You have a meticulous attention to detail and are passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience
Position to be filled for the winter season from December 2025 to March 2026
