You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Manager of Revenue Planning will be responsible for driving the business performance and owning monthly topline (GMV) bottomline (GM) and traffic planning. This role will focus heavily on demand planning at both the business unit level and overall company level. It requires a blend of analytical
expertise strategic thinking and leadership skills to optimize revenue growthand enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning:Develop and maintain monthly revenue plans ensuringalignment with overall business objectives and market trends. Analyzehistorical data and market conditions to inform projections. Work closelywith BU function leads to align & close monthly plans.
Planning:Lead the demand planning process at the business unit levelcollaborating with category managers to create accurate and actionable monthlyGMV plan. Incorporate insights from sales trends event calendars andcompetitive information.
Planning:Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize andimplement traffic planning by source of traffic. Monitor website traffic trendsand user behavior to optimize revenue per session.
Analysis:Conduct indepth analysis of monthly GMV and GM performanceidentifying key drivers and areas for improvement. Present findings andrecommendations to senior leadership.
Collaboration:Work closely with marketing category and financeteams to ensure cohesive planning and of revenue strategies.Foster strong relationships to align on priorities and initiatives.
line Management:Oversee the GM planning for revenue ensuringefficient allocation of resources across BUs. Monitor spending and ROI forpricing investments across pricing marketing etc.
Research:Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape andemerging technologies. Utilize insights to inform planning and identifygrowth opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior managementhighlighting key metrics trends and actionable insights. Ensuretransparency in demand and revenue performance across all business units.
