Position Overview:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Search Marketing the Paid Social Coordinator will be instrumental in executing bestinclass paid social strategies and ensuring the proper implementation of all digital marketing programs. Youre passionate about driving online engagement reaching new audience segments enhancing creative and delivering a full funnel eCommerce approach across a variety of social partners. You will play a crucial role in meeting and exceeding business objectives and driving brand awareness across both new and existing customers.

As the Paid Social Coordinator you will work towards supporting Canada Gooses direct to consumer goals across eCommerce & retail while balancing brand and product awareness needs. You have an understanding of creative best practices an innovative mindset and are passionate about the potential of harnessing social trends to drive business results.You will help us communicate our brand value through authentic engagement with new and existing audiences across multiple platforms. Youre passionate about performance in addition to creating an enduring premium & functional brand that consumers want to engage with.

What Youll Do:

• Set up traffic and QA campaigns across various Paid Social platforms including Meta Pinterest and TikTok.
• This role will be inclusive of NA and EMEA regions across a similar portfolio of campaigns in multiple languages with varying priorities. You will work closely with regional leads to ensure campaigns are optimized for local nuances and business targets are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders brand managers to drive the creative messaging and endtoend .
• Responsible for building campaigns to drive awareness demand and conversions to support the Canada Goose brand both online and through our global retail business.
• Responsible for the successful of campaign optimization tactics across multiple campaigns includingbut not limited tosettings targeting creative account structure bidding optimization tracking and analysis.
• Analyze multiple data sources to surface actionable insights that optimize investments and enable the wider team to make strategic business decisions.
• Monitor daily account performance across core regional accounts.
• Monitor primary and secondary KPIs to ensure efficiencies across all campaign types.
• Maintain strategic planning documents roadmaps and testing calendars that will help drive results and meet business targets.
• Stay up to date with new developments in the digital landscape and educate crossfunctional teams as required.
• Serve as subject matter expert to teams to internal and external teams operating as a key point of contact.

Lets Talk About You:

• 35 years of inplatform Paid Social or SEM experience
• Proficiency in Meta Business Manager GA4 experience managing Pinterest or TikTok campaigns
• Proficiency in Excel Word Power Point Outlook analytics/business insights tools
• Proven experience in digital marketing or advertising with a strong focus on digital
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with external partners and senior leadership teams.
• Strong interest in the major Paid Media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent analytical skills and an ability to use data to drive actionable insights
