Youll be at the forefront of exciting regional national and international bridge projects collaborating with top professionals in the industry. What Youll Lead:
Oversee technical support during construction including site inspections and administration.
Prepare complex drawings in accordance with standards such as AASHTO Caltrans procedures and the latest engineering innovations.
Lead conventional and alternative delivery bridge projects statewide.
Manage and mentor a talented team of engineers to achieve technical excellence.
Serve as the Primary Client Manager for transportation agencies cities and counties in Central and Northern California fostering relationships that drive project success.
Partner with the team on project pursuits and proposals.
Represent our projects with confidence and clarity through public presentations on technical and design issues.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in civil engineering (EAC/ABET accredited).
Masters degree is a plus.
Licensed Professional Engineer (California PE or ability to obtain within 6 months).
10 years in structural design/management of bridges and specialty structures with DesignBuild experience as a bonus.
Strong technical expertise in the design of bridges culverts retaining walls and transportation structures.
Client focused always striving to give clients the best solutions.
High levels of integrity always doing the right thing in an ethical fair and sustainable way.
Sound oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team working together toward technical excellence.
