**Night shift role rotating 2/2/3 schedule**
**Night Shift: 5:00pm 5:30am**
How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
- All duties consistent with following our established SOPs to ensure the proper transfer of dairy products from blending to processing to identified filling system in accordance with the production run schedule
- Efficient operation of the process equipment to include the high temperature heat exchange systems equipment rigs tanks pumps product lines valves fitting and components
- Follow established Product Processing guidelines to ensure product meets our internal Saputo State and Federal Pasteurized Milk Ordinance requirements.
- Effective communication and coordination with other departments to ensure product is processed and supplied in accordance with our production run schedule product end of run and product changeovers.
- Follow all Chart Recording guidelines ensure accuracy and completion of all required documentation charts and records. Audit records at the end of each shift.
- Proficiency with computerbased software and automated control systems.
- Support internal and external compliance audits.
- Process all products reclaim within defined guidelines.
- Perform equipment CIP/SIP/COP/Sanitation and complete department cleanup and general housekeeping as required.
- Perform routine equipment adjustments as necessary.
- Perform all required department environment controls.
- Follow all established GMP/Food Safety/Allergen policies.
- Follow all employee Health and Safety policies
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment.
- Identify and effectively communicate any outofspecification product conditions. Follow the established notification protocols.
- Perform routine equipment adjustments.
- Accurately and neatly complete production records and documents.
- Follow all established occupational health and safety procedures.
- Safe operation of lift truck and material handling equipment.
- Crosstrain with other departments.
- Perform good housekeeping within establishing guidelines.
- Adhere to the Saputo code of ethics and actively apply the Saputo values.
- Work together professionally in a team environment with coworkers and other department personnel.
- Other duties as required by management.
You Are Best Suited For The Role If You Have The Following Experience Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2)two years of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing dairy food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Advanced training with a concentration in dairy science a plus.
- Strong math skills.
- Strong technical skills ability to operate and understand equipment controls touch panels and mechanical operations.
- Ability to achieve lift truck certification and safely operate lift trucks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated work history.
- Consistent attendance is a must.

Physical Demands
- Ability to work in manufacturing environment which includes but not limited to noise changing temperatures (hot wet cold humid) standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs maneuvering around manufacturing equipment consistently throughout the shift.
- Working with chemicals wearing personal protective equipment and following approved chemical handling procedures.
- Physical lifting up to 40lbs frequently throughout the shift unassisted and lift 50 lbs. with assistance up to 30 of the shift.
- Good visual acuity to include the ability to see and differentiate color.
- Shift flexibility. This is a handson role for a 24/7 manufacturing facility. Our equipment operators are assigned to a team on a 3shift 24/7 operation to support manufacturing. These shifts are 12 hours in duration. Workdays and shifts may change to help cover vacations/absences during plant downtime or related events such as audits.
Hourly Rate: Starting at $27.03 with increases up to $30.03
