Our client is an established and highly respected independent managing agent specialising in the quality management of small to medium sized residential blocks in Essex and East Anglia. Due to significant growth over the last year along with a healthy pipeline of future instructions an opportunity for an opportunity has arisen for a Residential Block Manager to join their friendly team.
Looking after a portfolio located in Essex and Suffolk responsibilities will include the coordination of maintenance and projects on buildings and in communal areas liaising with contractors site visits to ensure good building condition maintaining health and safety regulations ensuring buildings remain compliant and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio.
Applicants should have a flair for customer service experience of block/property management in a similar role and a driving licence.
The role comes with a Salary up to 40000 various benefits a structured career path and training and support with obtaining/furthering your Property Management accreditations/qualifications.
