Remitlys Identity and Trust team is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the Trust Platform. This role will focus on building and scaling a foundational platform that powers workflows for identity verification sanctions screening fraud mitigation and risk evaluation. The Trust Platform enables product teams to design and execute workflows that manage customer experiences and mitigate risks across our global business.
As the Senior Product Manager for the Trust Platform you will define and drive the vision roadmap and for orchestration risk verification case creation and reporting tools. You will collaborate closely with engineering operations compliance and risk teams to deliver scalable reliable and userfriendly platform solutions that meet evolving business needs. This is a highly crossfunctional and impactful role within a fastgrowing fintech organization. You will report to Sr. Manager of Product and work in a hybrid setting from our Seattle office.
You Will:
- Vision & Strategy: Define a 3year product strategy for the Trust Platform aligning with company priorities and longterm business goals. Establish clear success metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering risk compliance and product teams to understand their needs and define requirements for orchestration workflows case management and risk verification systems.
- Roadmap & Prioritization: Build and maintain a product roadmap that balances nearterm delivery with longterm scalability. Prioritize features based on stakeholder input market trends and business impact.
- Excellence: Work closely with engineering to deliver highquality products. Ensure clarity of requirements manage tradeoffs and address dependencies proactively.
- Platform Enablement: Develop selfserve capabilities and tools that empower teams across Remitly to build and manage workflows for identity and trust processes effectively.
You Have:
- 5 years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on platform or technical product management. Experience in risk compliance or trustrelated domains is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of delivering and scaling platform products particularly those involving orchestration or workflow design.
- Strong empathy for crossfunctional stakeholders and communicate tradeoffs effectively.
- Experience driving complex crossfunctional projects from inception to delivery with a focus on operational excellence.
- Ability to distill and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences aligning stakeholders on decisions.
Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $152000 $190000. In the U.S. Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
