Job Description
- Manage production teams ensuring efficient delivery of finished goods in accordance with demand and production plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety health and environmental requirements whilst maintaining highquality standards.
- Oversee plant and equipment operation including maintenance repairs and safety preparations for external servicing.
- Manage inventory including raw material weighing FIFO picking and accurate recordkeeping.
- Supervise product labelling packaging and quality control processes including sample collection and yield calculations.
- Engage and organise contractors for specialist services and breakdown situations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in safety health environment quality and productivity.
- Perform additional duties as required by the Factory and Warehouse Supervisor maintaining exemplary housekeeping standards.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in production management with a strong WH&S focus
- Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and communicate effectively with teams
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Computer literacy and administrative competence
- Handson management approach treating people with respect
