Job Description
Little Flower School in Bethesda Maryland is hiring a Staff Development Teacher for the 202526 school year.
This is a full time position and will report to the Principal.
This role will provide professional development to the teaching staff.
The salary for this position is $35000 to $55000 per year plus excellent benefits.

This person provides embedded professional development to all members of the faculty. This looks like planning and coteaching with individuals and small groups of teachers. This person provides weekly support and workshops to support novice teachers across all grade levels and content areas. Together with the principal the staff development teacher also plans and delivers halfday trainings for the whole staff. In order to be a credible candidate this person should have extensive training and teaching experience.
