Position Summary:
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for coordinating preventative maintenance work performing inspections and maintaining janitorial inventory levels to ensure efficient operation of the Facilities Department.
Responsibilities:
Receives manages and processes work order requests for all sites.
Drafts and maintains preventative maintenance and repair schedules.
Maintain facilities and janitorial inventory levels and reorder as needed.
Coordinates and schedules outside contractors needed for specialized repairs and services.
Assists with the coordination and of onsite and offsite events.
Performs facility inspections to ensure appearance of a world class facility.
Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
This position has food Safety Responsibilities.

Qualifications:
High School / Trade of Vocational School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and directions.
Ownership:

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle reach with hands and arms see talk and hear. The employee is required to stand walk stoop or kneel. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
While performing the duties of this Job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met or that an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
