Job Overview
We are seeking a MidLevel Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Orbiz Creativez Pvt. Ltd. in Kozhikode. This is a fulltime role focused on utilizing your sales expertise to drive growth and meet sales targets. The successful candidate will leverage their knowledge in CRM systems cold calling and lead generation strategies to effectively contribute to the companys success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM for managing customer interactions and sales processes efficiently.
- Experience with cold calling techniques to effectively reach and connect with potential customers.
- Solid understanding of lead generation strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
- Strong negotiation techniques to close deals and meet or exceed sale targets.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results within a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to interact engagingly with clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Problemsolving skills to handle customer queries and complaints effectively enhancing customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the companys range of products.
- Maintain and update a database of current and prospective customers using CRM software.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the management to contribute to the overall company goals.
- Prepare detailed and accurate sales reports to analyze performance and forecast future trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Follow up on leads and conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent postsale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years experience in same role in a reputed company
- Proven track record of achieving monthly sales target
- Speaking Hindi will be added advantage not manadatory
