Mechanical Project Superintendent
Water/Wastewater Civil Works
Salary: $115$160K Great Benefits Employer paid RRSP

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 10 to 15 years construction related experience with minimum of 5 years in a superintendent/managerial role
- College Diploma or Tradesman
- Ability to work well in a team environment and offer leadership to staff and subtrades
- Strong Computer skills (Excel Word Outlook) and knowledge of scheduling software plumbing code and estimating is an asset
- High level technical understanding as it relates to Construction industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deal effectively with crews trades and suppliers
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation as it relates to the Construction industry
- Ability to read and understand drawings specifications and trade contractors scope
- Good natured management in a supportive growth environment
