Job Description
As a Junior Systems Engineer with Integrity you will:
- Support systems engineering activities across the lifecycle including requirements development system design integration and testing.
- Assist in defining and documenting system architectures requirements and interface control documents.
- Work closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to address technical and mission assurance challenges.
- Conduct technical analysis to support system integration verification and validation efforts.
- Contribute to ground architecture design acquisition strategies and operational mission planning.
- Participate in system test strategy development risk management processes and digital engineering activities.
- Engage in technical discussions status reporting and briefings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering Systems Engineering or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in systems engineering or space operations (internship or academic project experience considered).
- Familiarity with systems engineering fundamentals including requirements management integration and testing.
- Basic understanding of system architecture hardware/software interfaces and technical documentation.
- Active Top Secret clearance or Secret clearancewith the ability to obtain aTop Secret/SCI clearance(U.S. citizenship required).
- Ability to work onsite due to the classified nature of the project and travel up to 10.
- Exposure to protected MILSATCOM or related space/ground systems.
- Familiarity with modeling and simulation tools (e.g. MATLAB STK Cameo) and digital engineering techniques.
- Understanding of spacecraft subsystems telemetry and command & control operations.
- Experience with system test planning mission operations or crossdiscipline collaboration.
- INCOSE ASEP certification or coursework in systems engineering methodologies.
