Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes by sourcing candidates scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate database.
- Support in the onboarding process of new employees including paperwork and orientation.
- Handle employee relations tasks such as responding to inquiries and maintaining HR records.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct data entry and maintenance of HRrelated information systems.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Showcase exceptional organizational skills in managing multiple HR tasks efficiently.
- Prioritize attention to detail in all HRrelated documentation and processes.
