We are seeking an experienced Director of Health and Wellness in the Alpharetta GA area.
This is a fulltime permanent salaried position with a trusted operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a compensation package of $75K$78K and 1 of annual salary per quarter. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications:
- Active LPN/LVN or RN license
- 2 years of experience managing clinical teams in a senior living or healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience with EMR/EHR documentation systems
- Excellent communication organization and time management skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the health and wellness program ensuring compliance with company standards and state regulations
- Manage and train staff scheduling shifts and providing necessary education
- Coordinate care plans and assessments ensuring residents receive appropriate levels of care
- Act as a liaison between residents families and staff to ensure quality care
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations including incident reporting
- Manage clinical budgets including labor costs and supply management
- Participate in audits regulatory inspections and mock surveys
- Be part of a team that supports respect teamwork and collaboration in a positive rewarding environment
