Exciting times are ahead for our People and Culture team as we expand! Were on the lookout for a dynamic seasoned Manager People Partners to join us and support our diverse and vibrant department. We are also looking to build a talent pool for potential upcoming opportunities over the next 18 months.
About the Role
As one of our Manager People Partners youll be at the forefront of aligning HR activities with business goals engaging and influencing decisionmakers and expertly balancing daily operations with strategic demands. Youll build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders creating highperforming teams that drive success.
By tapping into the expertise within our People and Culture Directorate youll craft cohesive solutions to complex workforce challenges from organisational design and workplace issues to case management change management restructuring and workforce planning. About You
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with substantial expertise in generalist HR practices and people partnering. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with our business objectives.

Who we are
DCCEEW conserves and protects the states natural environment. It manages the NSW national park estate including its rich and diverse biodiversity and Aboriginal cultural heritage for future generations.
DCCEEW also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state to support the environment communities and industry.
