What Youll Do
As our Marketing Manager youll be responsible for both strategy and not just managing but actively creating and implementing highlevel marketing initiatives. Your work will drive brand awareness lead generation and agent success through a mix of traditional and modern marketing methods.
Your Daily Impact:
- Develop & Execute MultiChannel Marketing Campaigns Oversee and implement digital print email and social media marketing strategies to generate leads and build brand authority.
- Design & Content Creation Create compelling marketing materials from social media graphics to listing presentations and print advertising.
- Lead Generation & Funnels Build and optimize marketing funnels to attract and convert buyers sellers and agents.
- Website & Online Presence Manage and enhance our website SEO and paid ad strategies for maximum visibility.
- Brand Storytelling & PR Craft and maintain a consistent brand message across all platforms including media outreach and community engagement.
- Agent Support Provide marketing tools training and resources to empower our agents to grow their business.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting Analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
