Job Description

Seeking associate with experience ranging from 2 years to 10 years.
Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school
Must be admitted to practice in NY
Experience in litigation (plaintiff or defense)
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Independently manage a caseload involving MVA and Premises cases
Work closely with other attorneys and paralegals.
Regularly handle court appearances and depositions

Pay Range
$80000 $135000 (plus incentives based on performance to be discussed)
