Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Eastbourne
Salary: OTE 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time
An experienced Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent is sought for this highly successful independent Estate Agency in the Eastbourne area.

Our client is looking for a proactive driven and personable Sales Negotiator with an excellent track record in the industry and a real ambition to be successful.
The perfect candidate will have some previous experience in Estate Agency and have the ability to generate and win business whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator Estate Agent role will include:
- Previous residential sales experience beneficial
- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally wellpresented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the local area helpful
- Full UK Driving Licence and car essential
- A desire to succeed and be the best!
