Hourly Overtime; 4060 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead commercial roofing projects managing daily tasks and ensuring projects stay on track and meet client expectations.
- Roofing Services & Repairs: Identify and repair a range of roof issues including leaks flashing membrane issues and more. Perform tasks such as tearoffs insulation installation welding and flashing installation.
- Client Interaction & Proposals: Develop strong client relationships by submitting proposals for additional work identifying potential service opportunities and ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
- Documentation & Reporting: Document service activities upload photos and reports to the companys internal systems and maintain accurate timesheets.
Vehicle & Equipment Management: Conduct regular inspections of company vehicles and equipment ensuring everything is in optimal working order. - Safety & Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with OSHA safety regulations and manufacturer specifications maintaining a high standard of safety on every job site.
Who Are We Looking For
- 3 years of commercial roofing experience with a deep understanding of commercial roofing systems.
- Strong communication skills to manage both client relationships and team coordination effectively.
- Experienced with mobile apps for service documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to obtain any required OSHA certifications or additional training.
- Ability to work weekends or afterhours to meet project demands.
