Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Electrical Panel Builders to join our team. This is a permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.
Hours: 7AM 3:30 PM Monday Friday
Responsibilities:
- Build electrical panels by mounting components and wiring.
- Solder wires to components and attach connectors.
- Solder components to circuit boards.
- Drill panels for mounting screws to secure components.
- Handle small parts and fine wires with manual dexterity.
- Use hand tools and machinery as needed.
- Perform tasks that involve sitting standing walking and gathering parts.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in electrical panel building is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with transformers relays resistors and their functions.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
- Manual dexterity to handle small parts and fine wires.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Ability to work independently and think critically.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift generally less than 25 lbs occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Mostly a sitdown position with some standing and walking.
Additional Information:
- No previous experience necessary but helpful.
- Training will be provided for all new employees.
- We expect employees to make every effort to work a 40hour week.
