Job Description
Location: Charlotte NC
Compensation: $70000 $90000 annually (DOE) full benefits package including companypaid individual premium relocation assistance if required.
Are you an experienced Industrial Electrical Superintendent looking for your next career move We are actively seeking a resultsdriven leader to oversee electrical projects in manufacturing facilities. What Youll Be Doing:
- Overseeing the installation modification and repair of electrical systems in manufacturing environments
- Managing project schedules materials and work assignments to meet deadlines and budgets
- Reviewing blueprints layouts and specifications identifying and resolving any construction conflicts
- Attending site meetings and coordinating with Project Managers General Contractors and clients
- Ensuring a safe and compliant work environment in line with OSHA and company safety policies
- Using an iPad or other digital tools to document daily progress and maintain reports
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Superintendent or Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of NEC OSHA regulations and industrial electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and electrical drawings
- Skilled at managing teams troubleshooting issues and ensuring project efficiency
- Proficient with digital reporting tools and comfortable using technology on the job
