**This position is an hybrid role based out of our St. Louis Park MN. office**
About You:

You love diving deep into research and financial analysis to provide ultimate solutions and proposals to your clients. You passionate about commercial real estate and looking for an opportunity to expand your knowledge in the industry.
As a Financial Analyst youll be at the heart of our support operations by providing expert financial analysis and other analytical work to support transaction management and brokerage services. Armed with exceptional analytical and organizational skills and a keen eye for details youre a problem solver whos always looking for ways to improve internal processes to achieve better results.
In this role you will
Optimize clients real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models conducting research and performing analysis of leases proposals and client portfolios.
Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow in addition to groundup development and redevelopment opportunities.
Provide exceptional service to your clients through providing analytical tools and costeffective analysis that can influence purchase decisions.
Provide support in client presentations responses to RFPs and new business pitches.
Excel in a fastpaced environment with the ability to deliver results to the highest accuracy in terms of financial analysis.
Apply creativity to problemsolving by sourcing feedback and asking questions
What you bring
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Accounting Economics or related area.
35 years experience in real estate capital markets or corporate finance
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience developing cash flow models and indepth financial analysis.
Argus Modelling experience will be considered an asset
Strong organization skills and initiative

Approximate Annual Range for this Role: $65475 to $100000
Our annual ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
Bonus
This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance.

Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for nonbirth parents including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
