- Bachelors STEM
- 6 Exp. Govt/Industry (DoD/IC Acq Requirements PPBES or SE or Large Complex SoS or SOA/Cloud Environments)
- 4 Systems Engineering Lifecycle
- 3 Test Management & Defect Tracking
- 3 Increment/Service/System/Project Engineernig of Intel Production Workflow Services & Collection Services
