Position Overview
Under general supervision responsible for tracking portfolio operations and assisting with property work out and turn arounds. Under the direction of The Director of Management Strategy works closely with the Regional Director(s) of Operations staff to develop and implement turnaround strategies at properties. Role is hybrid and will include travel around the TCB portfolio. The goal of the position will be to work with regional and site staff to turn around properties so that they can begin to meet operational goals i.e. 9698 occupancy 98 collections zero late certifications etc.
Responsibilities
- Provides critical input to property and regional leaders for development of operational turn around strategies.
- Collaborate with internal staff from all departments and at all levels of management to achieve property goals.
- Provides critical diagnostic input to property and regional leaders for development of operational inefficiencies.
Transition & Operations Management
- Works with watchlist properties to turn around operations and to meet performance goals and metrics.
- Assists properties in maximizing revenue in addition to providing training for future rent increases.
- Assists with property transitions from real estate development to operations to close gaps.
- Collaborate with staff from all departments to collate data needed for the property assessment and turn around.
- Assists in monthly watchlist and statement of operations reviews.
- Assists with property operational assessments.
- Creates content for and assists with TCBU and OEG Training as needed.
- Training with staff to create longterm sustainability of operations post work out.
- Other duties as assigned.
