Job Description

Our Personal Lines department in our Berkely Heights NJ office is currently seeking a Unit Assistant.
This person will process renewals new business cancellations nonpays and endorsements as well as keeping accounts updated with information received from carriers. Additionally this person will access carrier websites to pull daily activity reports process agency billing/invoicing and handle mail received from carriers.

- 2 years of prior office experience
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite specifically excel
- Valid P&C license is a plus
