Job Description

Work with other members of the Process Development Department to develop and run tests for our customers. Develop equipment configurations and test designs and work with the team during test runs to ensure we are achieving optimum results. Generate reports for our customers to communicate test results. Assist in the startup of new equipment troubleshoot existing equipment and give technical presentations at customer sites.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate test equipment and manage trial logistics in the PTC lab

  • Conduct Design of Experiments (DoE) data analysis and reporting

  • Generate technical reports and present findings to colleagues and customers

  • Support equipment commissioning including Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and training

  • Provide technical support to the sales team including customer demos and presentations

  • Travel to customer sites for inspections startup assistance and technical discussions

  • Operate solid dose processing equipment: granulators blenders tablet presses continuous technologies

  • Support engineering tasks for liquid systems: WIP skids solution preparation spray dryers

  • Ability to travel up to 25

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent Engineering degree

  • 15 Years of relevant experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of equipment and processes

  • Ability to perform process calculations

  • Ability to communicate challenging concepts effectively

  • Ability to problem solve

  • Must be detailoriented

  • Must be selfmotivated

  • Must possess good interpersonal skills and work well in a team setting as well as independently

  • Must have a working knowledge of MS Office products

  • Must possess good English language communication verbal and written
