Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the proposal process from initial kickoff though production. Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and lead the final production of all marketing deliverables (qualifications proposals and presentations)
- Write and edit nontechnical sections of proposals and presentations
- Perform quality control on proposals and other materials
- Research input data and assist in maintaining the department database
- Assist the marketing department with special assignments as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication Journalism English Architecture Construction Management Engineering or related field is preferred
- Ideal candidates possess 3 years of marketing experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) Industry with at least 2 years of proposal marketing experience
- Knowledge of the proposal lifecycle process is essential
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator) and MS Office Suite is required
- Advanced knowledge of formatting proofreading and editing copy is required
- Strong and effective communication and writing skills are essential
- Creativity and ability to work well in a team environment and creativity is essential
- Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload in a fun but deadlinedriven and fastpaced environment
- Proficient in using Vantagepoint or similar CRM software is preferred
- Experience with Federal forms such as SF330 is preferred
Equivalent experience and/or education may be considered.
Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of nondiscriminatory factors including education qualifications experience and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $70000$75000.
