A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or something that screams Im smart (it doesnt have to be from Harvard but extra points if it is).
A 5 year track record of kicking butt with Go (yes the language not the game though if youre good at both then you are even cooler).
A mastery of scalable highperformance systems that would make even Thanos jealous.
Microservices Yeah you know them. Cloud tech You live and breathe it.
Familiarity with CI/CD Docker and Kubernetes (if you dont know Docker Im not mad but Im judging you).
A brain that knows how to solve problems like a genius and a body that can still do the Macarena at office parties.
Excellent communication skills (because even though we all love silence youre gonna have to talk to people).
