Job Description
McDonald Auto Group is actively seeking a parts counter person for our Saginaw location. Seeking out a energetic and enthusiastic individual who is wanting to learn and grow within our company.
Responsibilities
- Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss options
- Commit to becoming an auto parts expert and gain indepth knowledge of inventory and processes
- Ensure timely follow up with prospective customers
- Follow up with core returns
- Place daily parts orders
- Quote good better best options in a timely manner
Requirements
Strong work ethic and a competitive spirit with a desire to learn and be successful
Outgoing personality with a desire to service others
Ability to formulate a professional email text and digital correspondence
Excellent appearance verbal/written communication strong negotiation and presentation skill
Valid drivers license
- Must be very organized and maintain clean work environment
