In this role you will be working as a Structural Drafter for a client that works in the Structural Engineering and Design industry. This position will be responsible for Structural drafting for commercial retail and mixeduse multistory buildings using REVIT and AUTOCAD. You will be involved with a variety of building drawings and structural components including concrete steel timber masonry beams columns foundations and more.
This is a Direct Hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on site.
Salary Range for this position is $55000.00 to $65000.00
Requirements:
- AAS or equivalent experience in Structural drafting or similar
- 1 year industry experience
- Must have some previous structural drafting experience for commercial retail mixed use and similar multistory buildings or similar
- Experience with concrete steel timber masonry beams columns foundations etc
- Construction and fabrication drawing experience
- Strong communications skills
