We are seeking a talented individual to join our Bowring Marsh team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Fantastic opportunity for an Insurance Operations Analyst to support our Bowring Marsh (BM) business based in our Norwich office.
This role would suit either a Graduate/College Leaver looking to start a career within Insurance or an experienced Administrator with good attention to detail and time management skills looking for a unique new opportunity within a niche market working for a market leader. The Insurance Operations Analyst will work with a small team of three colleagues in Norwich but a wider team of 60 based offshore in India.
We will rely on you to:
- Work on various tasks such as processing invoices and preparing Insurance documents for onward delivery to our clients.
- Oversee settlement of premium to Underwriters.
- Manage and prioritize own workload to meet individual SLA KPI and Quality targets.
- Connect with our broker colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and processing.
- Work closely with our offshore teams as one team.
- Support offshore colleagues with workflow and assistance where required.
- Ensure the quality delivery of services and full compliance with quality and operational standards.
- Be open to change and contribute to the Continuous improvement journey.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintain an awareness of the customers business and insurance needs.
What you need to have:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid numeracy skills

- The ability to build manage and develop relationships.
- Comfortable with volume/fast paced environment
