Tantramar Chevrolet is seeking a FullTime Receptionist to join our team!
As a FullTime Receptionist at Tantramar Chevrolet youll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will manage appointments answer calls and customer questions and maintain a professional reception area. We seek a friendly organized individual with excellent communication skills. If youre customerfocused and can handle administrative tasks efficiently this role is for you.
Hourly Wage Range: $16.7017.80
Please note that this role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls always in a professional manner
- Provide information to clients ensuring they are properly greeted and directed
- Posting daily cash bank deposits
- Data entry
- General clerical duties
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Hardworking selfmotivated and have excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Postsecondary education in Office Administration is considered an asset but not required
