We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join Collabour Biz a leading Public Relations company based in Charlotte. As a Receptionist you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors ensuring a positive and professional experience. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations handling incoming calls and providing administrative support to various teams within the organization.

This role is vital to maintaining a smooth and efficient flow of communication within the company and projecting a positive image to external stakeholders. The projects you will be involved in include managing appointments coordinating meetings and assisting with general office tasks. If you are a friendly and organized individual with excellent communication skills this is the perfect opportunity for you to kickstart your career in the Public Relations industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
  • Provide general support to employees and visitors

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers and scanners
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
