Salary:30000-40000per(based on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionateFull-Stack Developer Trainerto join our learning and development team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies and a strong passion for teaching mentoring and guiding learners through practical project-based learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality training infull-stack web development(front-end back-end)
Create course content assignments coding exercises and real-time projects
Teach core technologies:HTML CSS JavaScript React Express MongoDB SQL
Guide students on project development and best coding practices
Conduct live sessions workshops and Q&A sessions (online or offline)
Provide regular feedback and evaluate student progress
Stay up to date with the latest tech trends and tools in full-stack development
Collaborate with the academic or content team to improve training modules
Required Skills & Technologies:
Strong knowledge of:
Front-End:HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6) / Angular /
Back-End: Python Java or PHP
Databases:MongoDB MySQL or PostgreSQL
Tools:Git GitHub VS Code Postman REST APIs
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple engaging way
Prior teaching mentoring or training experience (preferred)
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent practical experience
25 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer or trainer
Experience with live teaching bootcamps or ed-tech platforms is a plus
