We are seeking a compassionate and innovativeSenior Occupational Therapistto join our Adult Services Short Term Support Service. Thispermanent fulltimeposition involves working across Lancashire from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals to achieve their goals and live independently in their homes.
- Collaborate with social work colleagues care providers and other partners.
- Develop and coach a reenabling approach and/or longerterm compensatory adaptations.
- Set and review therapeutic goals creating personcentred support plans.
- Mentor and support nonqualified staff ensuring high standards and quality of work.
- Participate in continual service development and access training opportunities.
