We are so excited to continue working with one of the UKs most stunning luxury country house hotels. They are searching for a talented Junior Sous Chef to elevate their brasseriestyle restaurant. Responsibilities as Junior Sous Chef
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Assisting in mentoring and developing a team of 10 chefs fostering a positive and professional working environment.
- Maintaining strict quality control and hygiene standards in line with the hotels awardwinning reputation.
- Collaborating on menu development using seasonal ingredients to create brasseriestyle dishes that delight guests.
- Working closely with the frontofhouse team to ensure seamless service and an outstanding dining experience.
As Junior Sous Chef youll play a key role in delivering comforting yet refined dishes made with the finest ingredients all while growing your skills in a highcalibre kitchen.
