Job Details
In this catering post at The Glen Pavilion Dunfermlineyou would be responsible for all activities in the kitchen and its surrounds including cooking organisation and supervision of food service.
Supervising staff working in the kitchen.
You must be aware of HACCP Procedures completing required paperwork including electronic returns.
Understanding dietary and nutritional needs.
Duties may also include serving of meals general kitchen and dining area duties (for example washing up setting up and clearing away equipment and tables) and cleaning of the kitchen its surround.
We currently have a vacancy to join our Commercial Catering Team in our very busy 7 days a week operation.
The working day is normally between 8.00am to 5.00pm however The Glen Pavilion does cater for functions where additional hours may be available.
You will earn a competitive salary of24890.91 to 27087.17 prorataand have access to a range of benefits including:
Training on all In House systems will be provided. Working towards an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate will be essential once in post if not already held.

The Person
Catering Experience or a Qualification such as an SVQ City & Guilds or equivalent is essential for this post.
Ability to provide a regular and effective service working alone or as part of a Team.
You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
